Black Friday Mattress Sales 2026: Every Deal Checked and Rated

We checked every major brand’s own site for its current Black Friday mattress deal, then compared each one with the lowest price it has actually sold for. Most “up to 60% off” banners are the everyday price. A few deals are genuinely good.

The short answer: the Black Friday mattress deals worth buying now

Black Friday 2026 is on Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday on Monday 30 November, but almost every mattress brand already has an “early access” or fall sale running. We checked each brand’s own website on Oct 27 and compared what you pay for a queen today with the best price we can cite from previous holiday sales. Here’s the verdict in one paragraph.

Buy now: the Puffy Lux with a free upgrade to the Puffy Royal is the standout — you pay $1,549 for a queen Royal that Puffy itself sells for $2,449. Bear’s 35% off already matches its Labor Day price. DreamCloud’s $699 queen Classic Hybrid is within $50 of its lowest holiday price and is unlikely to move. Wait: Saatva (usually about $400 off at Black Friday versus 15% today), Helix, Purple’s flagship models, Tuft & Needle and the Amazon budget beds have all been cheaper before, or are expected to be. Skip: gift-with-purchase offers that require buying a whole set, and discounts that only cover a brand’s cheapest model.

This page is about what’s on sale right now. If you want the bigger picture — which months are cheapest, how each brand’s prices have moved over three years, and why “up to 60% off” is almost always on — read our guide to the best time to buy a mattress. We re-check every offer below weekly until Cyber Monday and update the date at the top. We aggregate prices from brand sites and established deal trackers; we don’t claim to have slept on these beds, and our mattress verdicts come from lab tests, expert reviews and owner ratings explained on how we rate.

When are the Black Friday and Cyber Monday mattress sales in 2026?

Thanksgiving falls on Thursday 26 November 2026, so Black Friday is Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. In practice, the mattress sales started weeks ago. Tom’s Guide had early Black Friday mattress deals live by 23 October and expects most brands to launch their main Black Friday sales by mid-November. Bear and Puffy are already using the words “Black Friday” on their sites; Leesa calls its current 25% off a “Black Friday Sale” outright.

Two deadlines matter before the big weekend. Saatva’s current 15% off orders over $1,000 ends on 29 October, and Purple’s 10th Anniversary Sale runs through 2 November. Neither is a Black Friday price — both brands have historically offered as much or more at the holiday itself — but they tell you where the floor sits today. If you need a bed this week, they are reasonable. If you can wait four weeks, history says you should, at least for Saatva.

Remember too that brands set their Black Friday offers at the last minute. We will not guess a 2026 Black Friday price that a brand hasn’t published. Where we say “wait”, it’s because a lower price has already happened at a past holiday, or a named deal tracker expects one — never because we assume one.

Black Friday mattress deals 2026: every offer we’re tracking, rated

Each card shows the queen price on the brand’s site today, the brand’s own strike-through or “total value” anchor, the exact offer wording, any code (only if the brand displays one), the end date (only if the brand states one), and our verdict against the best past price we can cite. Where a brand only shows its discount in the cart, we say “See cart” rather than calculate a number we haven’t seen.

Actually good? The best deal on this page. You pay the Lux price for a Royal, which Puffy itself sells for $2,449 in queen — $900 of real value, not anchor-price theatre. The verdict scale is simple. Great means the deal beats anything we can find in the brand’s recent history. Good means it matches the best recent holiday price, so waiting is unlikely to save much. Fair means it’s the normal sale price — fine if you’re ready, but nothing special. Wait means the same bed has been cheaper before or is expected to be cheaper at Black Friday. Skip means the headline offer doesn’t really discount the mattress most people want.

How deep are the Black Friday mattress discounts?

The banners promise everything from 15% to 60% off. Measured against each brand’s own anchor price, today’s queen discounts range from 0% (Tempur-Pedic’s mattress-only price and Tuft & Needle) to 63% (DreamCloud). But the size of the bar tells you more about how a brand sets its list price than about how good the deal is.

Look at the top of the chart. DreamCloud, Siena and Nectar all show discounts above 50%, yet in each case the sale price is simply what the bed costs nearly every day of the year. Tom’s Guide has tracked DreamCloud’s queen Classic at $699 through most of the past two years and says that price is “unlikely to change” for Black Friday. Nectar’s Black Friday 2025 sale was, in Tom’s Guide’s words, “pretty consistent” with previous years. A bed that is always 60% off is really a $699 bed with a $1,892 sticker.

Lower down, the honest discounters look stingier. Saatva’s 15% and Purple’s $300 off are smaller numbers, but they are taken from a list price people actually pay between sales. That’s why the next chart — real saving versus the everyday price — is the one to trust. US pricing rules back up the scepticism: the FTC’s guides say a former price used for comparison should be one the item was “openly and actively offered” at for a reasonable period, and in 2019 the advertising industry’s self-regulator found one of Nectar’s “$125 off” reference prices misleading.

Real saving vs the anchor price: what Black Friday actually takes off

To work out what a deal is really worth, subtract today’s price from the price the bed sells at between holidays — not from the strike-through. We did that for the six deals where we have a cited everyday price. The difference is stark.

Three of the six “savings” are zero. Siena advertises $413 off, DreamCloud $1,193 off and Nectar $868 off, but you would pay the same price in a quiet week in March. Saatva advertises $334 off; against the $1,904 Tom’s Guide recorded on 23 October, today’s $1,895 saves you $9. Bear’s 35% saves roughly $114 versus its usual 30% tier.

Puffy is the exception, and the reason it tops our list. The free upgrade isn’t measured against an inflated “total value” — it’s measured against Puffy’s own price for the Royal, $2,449 in queen. If you want a plush hybrid anyway, you are getting a more expensive mattress for $900 less than Puffy normally charges for it. Tom’s Guide noted Puffy ran similar free-upgrade offers at Presidents’ Day 2026, which suggests the offer isn’t a one-off, but we can’t promise it will still be running on Cyber Monday.

Saatva, DreamCloud, Nectar, Puffy and Bear Black Friday sales

These are the brands we cover most deeply, with full reviews and price histories. Here is each one’s Black Friday sale as it stands, and whether it’s worth taking.

Saatva Black Friday sale: wait, or buy and claim the adjustment

Saatva’s current Trick or Sleep Sale takes 15% off orders of $1,000 or more until 29 October, putting the queen Saatva Classic at $1,895 (list $2,229). That’s a few dollars better than the $1,904 Tom’s Guide recorded the week before, but it is not a holiday price. At Labor Day 2026 Saatva took $400 off, making the queen $1,829, and at Black Friday 2025 the same $400 off produced $1,739 against a lower list price of $2,139. If Saatva repeats $400 off this year, the queen would be $1,829 — $66 less than today.

The good news is you don’t have to gamble. Saatva’s help centre says it will honour a price adjustment “if the price goes lower” before your mattress is delivered. Because Saatva’s white-glove delivery takes time to schedule, ordering now and calling if the Black Friday price drops is a legitimate strategy. For Saatva’s pricier models — the Saatva Rx or Saatva HD — a percentage discount like today’s 15% can beat a flat $400, so do the maths on your size.

DreamCloud Black Friday deal: buy whenever you’re ready

DreamCloud’s Fall Into Savings sale offers “up to 60%” off mattresses and 66% off bundles, and the queen DreamCloud Classic Hybrid is $699. That’s the price it has sat at for most of the past two years; the lowest holiday price we can cite is $649 at Labor Day 2025 and Memorial Day 2026. So the best case for waiting is a $50 saving. Given the 365-night trial, we’d buy it whenever you need it. DreamCloud and Nectar also both display a “30-Day Price Match Guarantee” banner; we couldn’t see the terms, so if you order now, ask in writing whether a lower Black Friday price would be refunded. The one reason to watch Black Friday is the pricier Premier and Luxe models: in 2024 DreamCloud added $100 off orders over $1,000.

Nectar Black Friday sale: everyday price, small chance of a dip

Nectar, DreamCloud’s sister brand, is running the same Fall Into Savings sale with up to 50% off mattresses. The queen Nectar Classic is $699 — the standard price since it rose from $649 — and its all-time low, per Tom’s Guide, is $599. That $100 gap is the most any Nectar shopper can reasonably hope to gain by waiting, and nothing guarantees it. We rate today’s price fair. If you’re choosing between the two sister brands at the same $699, our Nectar vs DreamCloud comparison explains why most couples should take the DreamCloud’s coils.

Puffy Black Friday sale: the free Royal upgrade is the deal of the season

Puffy’s Early Black Friday Sale is live with the code BLACKFRIDAY, which Puffy auto-applies. On the Puffy Lux page the offer is explicit: order the Lux and receive the Puffy Royal instead (Puffy says the upgrade is “worth $1,089”), plus a free bundle of two pillows and a sleep mask that Puffy values at $315. No end date is shown. The queen Lux is $1,549; the queen Royal on its own is $2,449. One wrinkle: the same page lists a Royal “Premium Choice” option at +$340 at the default twin size, so make sure your cart shows the Royal at the Lux price before you pay. The headline $749 on the Lux page is the twin price, not the queen. Puffy’s usual “Total Value” anchors are inflated, as our reviews explain, but this comparison doesn’t rely on them — it’s Puffy’s real price against Puffy’s real price.

Is the Royal right for you? Puffy describes it as ultra-plush, which suits side sleepers and lighter back sleepers. Stomach sleepers and heavier sleepers who need firm support should read the Royal review before taking a softer bed just because it’s free. The Puffy Cloud is $1,049 in queen today if you just want the cheapest Puffy.

Bear Black Friday sale: 35% now, 40% possible

Bear’s banner reads “Early Access Black Friday! Get 35% Off Sitewide”. On the Elite Hybrid, Bear’s product data shows a queen list price of $2,284, so 35% off is about $1,485 — the same as Tom’s Guide’s Labor Day 2026 price of $1,484. Tom’s Guide says Bear sales “usually hover around 30%–35% off”, with 40% at some holidays, often through partner codes. At 40%, the same queen would be about $1,370. We rate today’s 35% good: you’re already at a recent holiday price, and the extra 5% is possible, not promised. See our Bear review for which model to choose.

Amazon, Zinus and Siena: Black Friday is the budget-bed sale

If you’re buying for a guest room, a teenager or a first apartment, this is where waiting pays most. Siena’s own site lists the 10-inch queen Siena Signature at $329 (against a $742 “Total Value”), with the 12-inch version $50 more, a 180-night trial and a 10-year warranty; Tom’s Guide notes it has dropped to $294 before. Siena also shows a “30-Day Price Match Guarantee” banner — we couldn’t see the terms, so ask Siena to confirm in writing whether it covers a Black Friday drop after you order. The 12-inch Zinus Green Tea queen hit $229.99 on Black Friday 2024 — the lowest price Tom’s Guide saw that year. Amazon prices change daily, so we don’t quote a live Zinus price; check the listing on Black Friday week and compare it with that benchmark. Our Amazon mattress guide covers which cheap beds are worth buying, and best budget mattress covers the rest.

Purple, Helix, Casper, Tempur-Pedic and more: brand Black Friday sales

We don’t earn commission from these brands — links go straight to their own sites — but they’re among the most searched mattress names, so here’s an honest read of what each is offering today.

Purple Black Friday sale. Purple’s 10th Anniversary Sale runs through 2 November and takes $300 off the queen PurpleFlex, making it $999 (from $1,299), plus 10% off pillows and sheets. But the beds most people mean by “a Purple” — the Purple Mattress at $1,599 and the Restore Hybrid at $2,699 in queen — showed no discount on Purple’s site today. Tom’s Guide singles out Purple and Tempur-Pedic as “deals-shy” brands it hopes Black Friday will tempt into bigger discounts. Wait. Our Nectar vs Purple page compares the feel if you’re undecided.

Helix Black Friday sale. Helix’s site blocks automated checks, so its pages were copied by hand on 27 October: a Fall Savings Event takes 20% off sitewide with code FALLSALE20, with no end date shown. That puts the queen Helix Midnight Luxe — and every other Luxe model — at $1,999 against a $2,498.75 list price, and the Core Midnight at $1,183. Tom’s Guide calculates that if Helix matches its Memorial Day discount, the Luxe “could drop to $1,824”. Helix uses percentage discounts, so its premium Luxe and Elite models gain most from a bigger holiday percentage. Wait.

Casper Black Friday sale. Casper’s current King for a Queen Sale offers a king for the price of a queen and up to 25% off sitewide. The discount on individual models only appears in the cart, so we can’t give a confirmed queen price; the Dream Hybrid’s queen list price on Casper’s product data is $1,995. The real value here is for couples who were already thinking of sizing up — check our mattress size chart first, because a king is 16 inches wider and needs a bigger frame and sheets.

Tempur-Pedic Black Friday deal. Tempur-Pedic’s current offer is a $300 instant gift on a qualifying mattress set, plus 0% APR financing, and the Tempur-Adapt collection starts at $2,299 for a queen. There’s no mattress-only discount, so if you just need a mattress, this isn’t a sale. Tom’s Guide expects Tempur-Pedic to save its better offers for the holiday itself.

Beautyrest, Avocado, WinkBed, Leesa and Tuft & Needle. Beautyrest’s Fall Sale takes up to $225 off select BeautySleep Soothing Nights boxed mattresses — its entry line, not the Beautyrest Black or Harmony ranges. Avocado’s queen Green shows $1,599 against a $1,999 strike-through, a solid 20% for an organic brand that rarely goes deeper. WinkBed’s Halloween Sale takes 30% off every mattress automatically, putting The WinkBed queen at $1,799; Tom’s Guide expects WinkBed to keep that same saving through Black Friday, so there’s no reason to wait. Leesa’s “Black Friday Sale” takes 25% off, making the queen Original $999. Tuft & Needle shows no sale on its product pages today, just regular prices: its last promotion, 20% off, ran 6–9 October. A repeat would take the queen Mint Mattress II from $999 to about $799, so hold off.

Best Black Friday mattress deal for your sleep style

A great deal on the wrong mattress is still the wrong mattress. Match the deal to how you sleep first; our side sleeper, back pain and hot sleeper guides explain the reasoning behind each pick.

Side sleepers get the best deal of the season: the Puffy Royal is plush and pressure-relieving, and it costs the Lux price right now. Back-pain sufferers who want a luxury innerspring should go with Saatva but time it — order now with the price adjustment in your pocket, or wait for the holiday offer. Couples on a budget can buy the DreamCloud at $699 today without regret. Hot sleepers have Bear’s 35% off, already at a holiday price. Firm-bed fans and heavier sleepers can take WinkBed’s 30% off now. And anyone furnishing a guest room should wait for Amazon’s Black Friday week.

Black Friday mattress deals we’d skip

Not every “Black Friday” banner deserves your money. These are the offers that look better than they are, based on what we saw on brand sites today.

  • Gift-with-purchase offers that require a set. Tempur-Pedic’s $300 instant gift needs a qualifying mattress set, so the headline only helps if you were buying a base anyway. Price the mattress on its own first.
  • Discounts on the entry model only. Purple’s $300 off covers the PurpleFlex, not the flagship Purple or Restore. Beautyrest’s up to $225 off covers only its BeautySleep box line. Make sure the discount applies to the bed you actually want.
  • “Up to 60% off” on a bed that’s always 60% off. DreamCloud and Nectar are good mattresses at good prices, but treat the percentage as decoration. The number that matters is the $699 you pay, and whether it’s near the cited low.
  • Bundles you don’t need. “66% off bundles” sounds big; compare the bundle with buying only the mattress and decent sheets elsewhere. Free pillows are nice, but they aren’t a reason to choose one bed over another.
  • Third-party coupon codes. We found no codes displayed on Saatva, DreamCloud, Nectar, Bear, Purple, Casper, Leesa or Avocado today; Helix’s FALLSALE20 is shown on its own site. Coupon-site codes that claim extra discounts are often expired or don’t stack. Puffy’s BLACKFRIDAY is auto-applied anyway.
  • Waiting months for “next year’s sale”. List prices have risen every year — Tom’s Guide notes the Saatva Classic’s queen MSRP went from $2,139 to $2,229 in twelve months. Waiting four weeks for Black Friday can make sense; waiting until next spring usually doesn’t.

Cyber Monday mattress deals vs Black Friday: which is better?

For mattresses bought online, usually neither. Most direct-to-consumer brands run one offer from mid-November through Cyber Monday, and Tom’s Guide says that for boxed mattresses there’s “little to choose between” the two days. We’ll update this page if any brand announces a Cyber Monday-only extra, but the safe assumption is that the Black Friday deal and the Cyber Monday deal are the same deal.

The exceptions are Amazon and big-box retailers, where individual listings can move from day to day. If you’re buying a Siena or Zinus, check prices on Black Friday and again on Cyber Monday, and compare them with the benchmarks on this page. For everything else, buy when the main sale starts and stop refreshing. After Cyber Monday, deals sometimes linger into December, but price rises have landed at year end before — TechRadar reported a Saatva price rise days before Christmas 2023.

How to tell if a Black Friday mattress deal is actually good

You don’t need our tracker to judge a deal — just four questions. We use exactly this method for every card above.

  1. What does the bed cost on an ordinary week? Ignore the strike-through. Search the model with “price” and a month name, or check our reviews, to find its everyday sale price. That’s your real baseline.
  2. What’s the lowest price it has sold for? Deal trackers like Tom’s Guide record holiday prices; our best time to buy guide collects the history for our main brands. If today’s price is within about $50 of that low, take it.
  3. Does the discount apply to your size and model? Percentage discounts favour bigger, pricier beds; flat discounts favour cheaper ones. Some sales only cover one model or need a minimum order — Saatva’s current 15% needs $1,000 or more.
  4. What can you do if the price drops? Saatva will adjust the price before delivery. DreamCloud, Nectar and Siena each show a “30-Day Price Match Guarantee” banner, but we couldn’t see the terms; Puffy and Bear showed no such policy. Either way, ask in writing before you order and keep the reply.

Finally, check the trial and return terms. A 365-night trial at DreamCloud or Saatva protects you far more than an extra $50 off, and returns on Amazon purchases often don’t follow the brand’s own trial. If you’re still choosing between beds, our how to choose a mattress guide and the 30-second mattress finder will narrow it down before the sales peak.

Black Friday mattress sales: FAQ

When do Black Friday mattress sales start in 2026?

Many have already started. Black Friday is 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday is 30 November, but Puffy, Bear and Leesa were already running sales labelled Black Friday on 27 October, and Tom’s Guide expects most brands to launch their main sales by mid-November.

What is the best Black Friday mattress deal right now?

Puffy’s free upgrade from the Lux to the Royal. You pay $1,549 for a queen and receive the Royal, which Puffy sells for $2,449, plus two pillows and a sleep mask. Bear’s 35% off sitewide and DreamCloud’s $699 queen Classic Hybrid are also good, matching their best recent holiday prices.

Are Black Friday mattress deals really worth it?

For some brands. Saatva has taken about $400 off at past Black Fridays versus 15% today, and Amazon budget beds like the Zinus Green Tea have hit their lowest prices of the year. But DreamCloud and Nectar charge $699 for a queen almost all year, so their Black Friday deal is the everyday price.

Is Cyber Monday or Black Friday better for mattresses?

For online mattress brands they are usually the same, because most run one sale from mid-November through Cyber Monday. Amazon listings can change between the two days, so check budget beds on both.

Does Saatva have a Black Friday sale?

Saatva has run about $400 off at recent holidays, including Black Friday 2025 and Labor Day 2026. Today it offers 15% off orders over $1,000 until 29 October, making a queen Classic $1,895. Saatva honours a lower price if it drops before delivery, so you can order now and ask for an adjustment.

Should I wait until Black Friday to buy a mattress?

Wait if you want a Saatva, Helix, the flagship Purple, Tuft & Needle or an Amazon budget bed, because each has been cheaper or is expected to be. Don’t bother waiting for DreamCloud, Nectar, WinkBed or Puffy’s upgrade offer, and never wait if your current mattress is causing pain.

Do mattress Black Friday deals need a promo code?

Mostly no. Puffy’s BLACKFRIDAY code is auto-applied, and Purple, WinkBed and Tempur-Pedic apply their offers at checkout. We found no other codes displayed on brand sites, so be wary of coupon-site codes.
